How we use the details you send us through this website.
This policy covers rooferhampstead.co.uk, a website of Roof HQ Limited ("Roof HQ", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with number 17410523. Our registered office is 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we receive what you type into it: your name and phone number, and, if you choose to give them, your email address, your postcode or area, the type of work and your message. The email we receive also records the date and time, the page the form was sent from and the IP address of the device used.
If you phone or email us, we receive your number or email address and whatever you tell us.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a visit and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is that you have asked us to take these steps before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them.
Who sees it
- Roof HQ staff who deal with your enquiry.
- Star Websites, the company that built and maintains this website, receives a copy of each form enquiry so it can check the form is working.
- The companies that host this website and carry our email, who process the message in order to deliver it.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to any work, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep records of the job for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
Cookies and the map
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Some pages show a map supplied by Google. When the map loads, Google may set cookies and collect information about your device, under Google's privacy policy.
